So many times when we speak with previous clients about estate planning, trusts…and the perils of Probate, we are met with responses like “I’m too young to think about that” or “My family won’t argue about anything when I’m gone because they all get along now”.
But the reality is that NO ONE is too young to think about estate planning or doing a trust. No one is immune from having their assets going through Probate if they haven’t got an estate plan in place. And although all families will seem to get along on the surface, there is something about death that changes people. We’ve seen it, so many times.
Are you willing to leave that all to chance? To let your family, while grieving, have to deal with the Probate Court? Wouldn’t it make more sense to start now planning your estate? Wouldn’t it be a good plan to talk to someone about estate planning, trusts and Probate?
If you have real property, young children, or major assets, think about it. Don’t let the Courts determine who takes care of your children, or who receives your assets when you are gone. Call Court Forms Plus (209-836-5430) or visit our website at www.courtformsplus.com to see how we can assist you in estate planning.
